• Use the website and our services only for lawful purposes.

We provide software development, integration and hosting services. A proposal, estimate or written agreement sets the scope, price and schedule of each project. If that document and these terms do not agree, that document controls.

• Some parts of the website need an account. Use only your own account.
• Keep your sign-in details and sign-in codes private. Do not share your account.
• You are responsible for the activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think that someone else used it.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when our work together ends.

Program description: when you agree to receive text messages from Augmenting Integrations, we send account, billing and project notifications. With your separate consent, we also send marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. We send one message to confirm that you are unsubscribed.
• For help, reply HELP, or email support@augmentingintegrations.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service.

We send invoices through our CRM (customer relationship management system). Each invoice shows the amount, what it is for, and how to pay.

Pay each invoice by the date and with the methods shown on it, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.

If you think that an invoice is wrong, tell us before the due date.

Some links, such as the client portal and the sign-up page, open websites that other companies operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Some links on our Partners page are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, the partner pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same. We mark these links on our Partners page.

We provide this website as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, except where a written agreement with us says otherwise.

To the maximum extent that the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

To the maximum extent that the law permits, our total liability for any claim about this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim.

Some laws do not permit these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply only as far as the law permits.

We can change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the website or our services after a change, you accept the new terms.
