Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Augmenting Integrations LLC ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, who processes it, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website, to the apps you open from it, and to the email, chat and text messages we exchange with you.

What we collect

We collect only the information we need to answer you, to give you our services, and to run our business.

  • Contact details that you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the text of your message. You give us these when you use a form, the chat widget, email or text messages.
  • Chat and message history: the messages you send us through the chat widget, email and text messages, and our replies.
  • Analytics and advertising data: the public pages of this website that you visit, the page that sent you here, the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the partner links on this website that you click, and your browser and device type. The scripts listed under "Cookies and tracking" collect this data with cookies. When you submit a form on these pages, the GoHighLevel script connects this activity to your contact record.
  • Account data: if you have an account, your email address, your name if you give it, and the roles that control what you can open. We use your email address to sign you in and to send you sign-in codes.
  • Client data: if you are a client, the companies you are linked to and the links we show you after you sign in. When you sign in, this website reads this data from your contact record in our CRM (customer relationship management system).
  • Billing data: the invoices we send you and the payments you make. The payment processor receives your card or bank details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: our servers record your IP address, your browser type and the time of each request. We use these logs to keep this website secure and working.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions and to give you the services you ask for.
  • To create your account, to sign you in, and to show you the links for your companies.
  • To send you account, billing and project notifications.
  • To send you marketing messages, but only if you agree to receive them. You can stop them at any time.
  • To learn which pages and campaigns bring visitors to this website.
  • To measure our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and to show our ads to people who visited this website.
  • To keep this website and our systems secure, and to obey the law.

Cookies and tracking

The public pages of this website load these scripts. Each one sets cookies in your browser.

  • GoHighLevel tracking script. It records the pages you visit. After you submit a form, it connects those visits to your contact record.
  • GoHighLevel chat widget, when we turn it on. It lets you send us a message, and it keeps the conversation in our CRM.
  • GoHighLevel contact form and booking calendar, on the contact and booking pages. They send what you enter, the page you came from and the campaign tags in its link to our CRM, so that we can answer you and know how you found us.
  • Google Analytics. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they came from. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
  • Google Ads tag. It tells Google that you visited, so that we can measure our Google ads and show them to people who visited this website. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and can connect it to your Google account.
  • Meta Pixel. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you visited, so that we can measure our ads and show them to people who visited this website. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy, and can connect it to your Meta account.

We load these scripts only on the public pages. We do not load them on the sign-in page, on the pages for signed-in users, or in our apps. Those pages are on a separate address, and the cookie that keeps you signed in is sent only to that address.

When you sign in, this website sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. This cookie is necessary for the website to work. We do not use it for tracking.

When you arrive from one of our Google ads, this website keeps the ad's click ID in your browser for up to 90 days, so that the contact form can credit the ad.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The public pages work without these cookies.

To stop Google Analytics in every website you visit, use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

To control the ads that Google shows you, use Google My Ad Center.

To control the ads that Meta shows you, use your Meta ad preferences.

Who processes your information

We use these service providers to run our business. They process personal information for us, and only to give us their services.

  • GoHighLevel, through our Client Link CRM account. It stores our contact records, conversations (chat, email and text messages), invoices and the analytics data described above. It also sends some of our email and text messages.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS). It hosts this website and our apps, stores account data and server logs, and sends sign-in codes and other email.
  • Google, through Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag. It receives the analytics and visit data that its scripts collect on our public pages.
  • Meta Platforms, through the Meta Pixel. It receives the visit data that its script collects on our public pages.
  • The payment processor connected to our invoices. It processes your payment when you pay an invoice.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

The Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel scripts on our public pages send visit data to Google and Meta, as described under "Cookies and tracking". We use them to measure our website and our own ads.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we send you account, billing and project notifications. We send marketing text messages only if you give separate consent to receive them.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. We send one message to confirm, and then we stop. To get help, reply HELP, or email support@augmentingintegrations.com.

How long we keep information

  • Contact records, conversations and invoices: while we work with you, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Account data: while your account is open. We delete an account when you ask us to, or when you no longer need access.
  • Analytics data: with the contact record it is connected to. Activity that is never connected to a contact record stays anonymous.
  • Server logs and backups: for a limited time. Then they are deleted automatically.

If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it, except for the records that the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

  • Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email support@augmentingintegrations.com.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in each email.
  • Stop text messages at any time: reply STOP.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and sign-in checks. We limit who can open it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that your information will never be exposed.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 13.
